These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the SnapSpend / 灵记 mobile app (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law;
- copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app;
- use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
3. Your data
The app is local-first: your financial data is stored on your device and, only if you enable it, in your own private iCloud. You are responsible for your data and for keeping backups. Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- SnapSpend Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, via Apple In-App Purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account is charged on renewal.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
5. Exchange-rate data
Currency conversion uses public reference rates from third-party sources (e.g. the European Central Bank via the Frankfurter API). Rates are provided “as is” for convenience and may not reflect the exact rate applied by your bank.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. SnapSpend is a personal finance tool and does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSpend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
8. Changes to the app and Terms
We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Update this to your preferred jurisdiction before publishing.)

本使用条款（“条款”）约束你对 SnapSpend / 灵记 移动应用（“本应用”）的使用。下载或使用本应用即表示你同意本条款。若不同意，请勿使用本应用。
1. 许可
我们授予你在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上、为个人非商业用途、按本条款及 Apple 标准 EULA 使用本应用的个人、不可转让、非排他许可。
2. 可接受使用
你同意不得：

- 复制、再分发、转售或再许可本应用；
- 将本应用用于任何非法目的或违反任何适用法规。
3. 你的数据
本应用本地优先：你的财务数据保存在你的设备上，仅在你开启时才存入你自己的私有 iCloud。你对自己的数据及备份负责。我们对信息的处理详见隐私政策。
4. 订阅与购买
- 灵记 Pro 通过 Apple 内购提供，形式为自动续订订阅（按月或按年）或一次性终身购买。
- 自动续订订阅将在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时未取消时自动续订，并向你的 Apple ID 账户扣费。
- 你可在 Apple ID 账户设置中管理或取消订阅。购买、计费与退款均由 Apple 依据 App Store 条款处理。
- 价格在购买前于应用内显示，并可能因地区而异。
5. 汇率数据
货币折算使用来自第三方的公开参考汇率（如通过 Frankfurter API 获取的欧洲央行汇率）。汇率按“现状”提供，仅供参考，可能与你银行实际采用的汇率不同。
6. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”和“现有”提供，在法律允许的范围内不作任何明示或默示的担保。灵记是个人理财工具，不提供财务、税务或法律建议。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因你使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害，或任何数据丢失，灵记概不负责。
8. 应用与条款的变更
我们可能不时更新本应用及本条款。变更生效后继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。“最后更新”日期将相应变化。
9. 适用法律
本条款受爱尔兰法律管辖，不适用其冲突法规则。（发布前请改为你偏好的司法管辖区。）
